Aaron White, PhD, PLP
Dr. White earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in School Psychology from Mississippi State University. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. White completed his pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe Meyer Institute in the Severe Behavior Department. Prior to working at the Munroe Meyer Institute, he worked for a university-based comprehensive transition program for young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities helping young adults learn functional academic, occupational, social, and daily living skills. Dr. White is trained to work with children and adolescents who are diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Delay, ADHD, and Disruptive Behavior Disorders. Dr. White is experienced in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior such as aggression, self-injury, and property destruction. Dr. White also enjoys working with young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who are working towards living independently by helping them develop skills in independent living, career development, and socialization. Dr. White also conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents.
